In the past, businesses had to rely on paper records and manual processes to track employee's attendance and performance. This was not only time-consuming, but was also prone to errors. Today, with technology, businesses can automate these processes and make it easier for the HR department to do their job.

Technology has driven a lot of advanced processes in many businesses. It has revolutionized business as we know it and various companies belonging to numerous industries are looking to harness it to improve their workforce, build brand recognition and bolster the bottom line. For businesses, achieving the organizational goals is the first and foremost thing to earn profits and to do so, communication plays a significant role. Businesses have relied heavily on advanced collaboration tools to complete work that usually only used to occur in person. This not only saves time but also reduces the chances of human error.

Another way in which these advancements have helped is in the globalization of businesses. Technology has made it possible for businesses to tap into a global talent pool. Information technology has allowed businesses to attain a greater reach. Now more than ever, it’s easier for companies to do business across the world while at the same time helping them expand their business. E-mails, text, instant messaging, websites and applications have made global communication quicker and more effective than ever.

To be on top of the list is every organization's goal and safeguarding the techniques to conquer the first position is an important step. Every organization has information that they want to be protected from competitors, hackers and others trying to damage the company and protecting that information is the major priority for businesses. Luckily, cybersecurity has helped businesses in protecting this information.

Storing large piles of paperwork manually has always been a huge task. The thought of organizing and storing paperwork makes most employees cringe. Fortunately, much data is stored electronically now, making it easier for retrieval when the information is needed. Before technology came, people found it difficult to maintain and store large records.

Now, many organizations use cloud storage to supplement their facilities, which is made possible by cloud storage where users can remotely upload and view content, store and retrieve data as and when needed. This is a much more convenient way for organizations to access information. Now instead of purchasing internal servers, hard drives and thumb drives, one can access information almost anywhere and anytime. Cybersecurity professionals are continually working to update these systems even more to keep the information safe from unwanted intrusion.

Now, looking at all these impacts and benefits that technology has given, it is safe to say that as technology advances, its role with businesses will continue to grow!

In recent years, India’s Stand-up Comedy has caught up with the millennials and has achieved a lot of popularity among them. It has registered itself as yet another open arena for the youth to experiment and explore.
